Over the past two weeks, CRITT M2A had the pleasure of welcoming several young people supported by the Réseau Étincelle, an association dedicated to helping young people build their professional future and discover the world of work.
This initiative gave participants the opportunity to experience an immersive introduction to our working environment. The programme included visits to our facilities, CV-writing workshops, mock job interviews, inspiring testimonials, and numerous opportunities to interact with our teams.
The young participants also had the opportunity to meet Jérôme Bodelle, Franck Poutch and Elio Migioia, who shared their career paths, their vision of business, and their professional experience. Several CRITT M2A employees were also involved, presenting their roles, daily responsibilities, and the skills required to succeed in the industrial sector.
Beyond discovering our activities, the objective of this experience was to help young people build confidence, highlight their strengths, expand their professional network, and gain a better understanding of the opportunities offered by the business world.
These meetings led to valuable and constructive discussions, allowing participants to ask questions, gain insight into real-world working environments, and approach their future careers with greater confidence.
