The NOGEBAT* Experimental Platform project, focused on supporting companies’ R&D activities, enables CRITT M2A to implement new, cutting-edge testing capabilities for the development of next-generation batteries.

As part of their R&D activities, major industrial players in the Hauts-de-France region are increasingly turning to CRITT M2A for advanced testing solutions to support the development and validation of future generations of batteries. These activities require significant new investments, particularly in innovative testing channels connected to battery cyclers and advanced analysis systems, going beyond existing capabilities.

By the end of the project, a high-performance and innovative testing and experimental infrastructure will have been developed and integrated into CRITT M2A’s existing range of services.

This new infrastructure will broaden CRITT M2A’s capabilities and expertise across the battery value chain, particularly in the fields of battery performance and characterisation. Any organisation wishing to develop and improve its products through testing, while contributing to key R&D priorities in the battery sector, will have access to the infrastructure on a transparent and non-discriminatory basis, at market-based rates.
