Because a company's success is built above all on the commitment of its employees, the teams from SAS CRITT M2A, CQM+ and MA2S came together a few weeks ago for a day dedicated to exchange, collaboration and team spirit.
The morning began with the Group's annual presentation of results and future outlook. This highly anticipated event provided an opportunity for Management to review the achievements of 2025, the projects completed, the investments made, and the strategic directions planned for the coming months. This moment of sharing helps strengthen transparency and involve all employees in the Group's development ambitions.
Following a convivial networking lunch, the teams headed to the EVA Béthune-Bruay virtual reality center to take part in a variety of immersive activities. Working together in teams, employees tackled new challenges in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, encouraging interaction between departments and the sharing of experiences.
Beyond the fun and engaging activities, the day also helped strengthen relationships between colleagues, support the integration of new employees, and reinforce the team spirit that drives the Group's three entities every day.
