CRITT M2A continues its development and is evolving its workspaces. The objective is clear: to provide teams with a more comfortable working environment while strengthening day-to-day collaboration. This transformation is part of a broader strategy focused on growth and innovation.

As a result, a reorganization of the premises has been carried out. It led to the creation of a mezzanine dedicated to technical and research and development activities. This space was designed to be more open, more functional and more collaborative, while also bringing teams closer to operational activities.

Redesigned spaces for work and well-being

In practical terms, these new facilities represent 570 m² of office space, which is three times larger than before. In addition, 60 m² are now dedicated to a break and social area, encouraging informal exchanges and moments of relaxation.

Moreover, these spaces were designed to:

  • facilitate daily exchanges between teams

  • encourage collaborative work, close to technical activities

  • improve employee well-being in a more suitable working environment

Indeed, a pleasant working environment directly contributes to team engagement. It also fosters creativity and collective performance. This is why CRITT M2A places quality of working life at the heart of its priorities.
