CRITT M2A was proud to take part in the 23rd ARIA Hauts-de-France Awards for Apprentices and Trainees, hosted at MOV'NTEC. This regional event highlights the commitment and talent of young professionals training in the automotive and mobility sectors.

On this occasion, two of our apprentices were recognized for the excellence of their work and their strong involvement at the testing center:

Simon Bertoux, mentored by Rémi Filipiak and supported by Fabio Min, stood out for his contributions to the management of test campaigns and the development of the center’s activities.

Jonathan Caron, accompanied by his mentor Idir Arslane, led an ambitious project focused on real-time modeling and simulation of electromagnetic conversion chains, based on the REM (Energetic Macroscopic Representation) formalism.

These projects, conducted as part of their studies at the University of Lille and UniLaSalle Amiens, reflect CRITT M2A’s commitment to training young talents and supporting technological advancements in electromobility.

Congratulations to Simon and Jonathan! Their contributions play a key role in driving innovation and maintaining technical excellence at CRITT M2A.

We extend our thanks to ARIA Hauts-de-France and Mov’ntec for this inspiring initiative, which proudly honors the next generation of engineers in our industry.
