En collaboration avec DSi &#8211; Delta Services Industriels, nous analysons avec pr\u00e9cision la consommation d\u2019huile dans les turbocompresseurs. Ces travaux permettent de mieux comprendre les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes internes et d\u2019optimiser les performances des syst\u00e8mes de suralimentation.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-section-id=\"2qgjsf\" data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"869\">Un objectif clair : ma\u00eetriser la consommation d\u2019huile<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"1218\">Nos ing\u00e9nieurs cherchent \u00e0 quantifier la consommation d\u2019huile \u00e0 la fois du c\u00f4t\u00e9 compresseur et du c\u00f4t\u00e9 turbine. Cette donn\u00e9e joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le contr\u00f4le des \u00e9missions moteur et dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la fiabilit\u00e9 des composants. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces essais turbo avanc\u00e9s, nous identifions plus finement les m\u00e9canismes de migration interne de l\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-section-id=\"n79ls2\" data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1269\">Une m\u00e9thodologie de mesure de haute pr\u00e9cision<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1703\">Nos \u00e9quipes utilisent une m\u00e9thodologie innovante pour garantir des r\u00e9sultats fiables. Elles injectent des traceurs radioactifs dans l\u2019huile afin de suivre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment son comportement dans le turbocompresseur. Elles capturent ensuite l\u2019huile \u00e0 l\u2019aide de filtres absolus plac\u00e9s c\u00f4t\u00e9 turbine et c\u00f4t\u00e9 compresseur. Enfin, elles mesurent le rayonnement gamma gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des \u00e9quipements d\u00e9di\u00e9s, capables de fournir des donn\u00e9es tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-section-id=\"66qy6d\" data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1758\">Des essais r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans plusieurs configurations<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"2146\">Nous r\u00e9alisons les essais turbo avanc\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes conditions pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats repr\u00e9sentatifs. Nous effectuons d\u2019abord une mesure de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en position horizontale, puis nous testons le turbocompresseur inclin\u00e9 \u00e0 45 degr\u00e9s.
